These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://kofaxsoftware.us/ and to any purchase from Kofax Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We sell digital software licenses for Kofax products, now developed by Tungsten Automation. Product descriptions and feature lists are provided for guidance; please check system requirements before you buy. We may change products and prices at any time without notice.

Orders and pricing

  • All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
  • An order is accepted when we send your license key or an order confirmation.

Delivery

Software is delivered electronically. License keys and download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within minutes. You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

Software license

Your use of the software is governed by the end user license agreement (EULA) from Tungsten Automation that you accept when installing the software. Unless stated otherwise, each license is for one user. Licenses may not be resold, shared or transferred except as permitted by the EULA.

Returns and refunds

Refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Kofax, Power PDF, PaperPort and OmniPage are trademarks of Tungsten Automation Corporation. Other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Kofax Store is [YOUR RESELLER STATUS] and is not affiliated with Tungsten Automation Corporation. The content and design of this site belong to us.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The software is provided under the manufacturer’s warranty and EULA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
